  1. Return Requests
    Returns may be requested within 7 days after receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and condition, with valid proof of purchase.
  2. Items Not Eligible for Return
    Returns are not accepted for products that have been used or damaged after delivery, products without their original packaging, or sale and clearance items.
  3. Refunds
    After the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
  4. Return Delivery Costs
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was incorrect or defective due to our error.
